Langcliffe Park in the Yorkshire Dales

Ownership

From our discussions with the owners who have already purchased Holiday Homes at Langcliffe, they see it as an escape, a retreat. Whether a quick weekend trip or a long summer holiday, the break from the norm is priceless and there is an immediate feeling of calm. Once balance has been re-established, it’s then time for adventure. For some, that’s enjoying breakfast in Settle and hunting for bargains at Watershed Mill. For others, it’s a lovely long loop walk taking in all the best views of the Dales. Maybe a trip on the Settle to Carlisle railway or attending one of the many local events like the Settle Folk Gathering. Whatever your passion, you’ll find park life at Langcliffe as relaxing or as adrenaline-fuelled as you want. It really is the best base you could choose for your next adventure.

We are however, under no illusions that it’s a big commitment to purchase a Holiday Home. We’re also up-front about the fact we don’t allow sub-letting – we feel this helps make the park more of a community of owners. We’re also clear to all our prospective owners that this is not a party site. Family friendly – yes, dog friendly – yes, loud music friendly – nope.

We want Langcliffe Park to be a place where you will spend a lot of time, a place to be proud of, a place to retreat to, a place to feel safe, a place to bring friends and to make new ones, and a place to plan and enjoy all your future Yorkshire Dales adventures.

The park has been owned and managed by John Smith and his family for more years than we care to admit. We are on-hand if you have questions, need advice or simply want a chat about life at Langcliffe Park. Our wardens, office team and grounds/maintenance team are all recognisable, friendly and approachable – if there’s ever a problem, we’ll sort it out.

The first step to Holiday Home ownership is to arrange a zero-pressure viewing.
