No, it is for recreational use only and cannot be your main residence. You can stay for up to 60 days in any three month period.
Your holiday home cannot be let out, however family members can use it with your permission and we should be made aware via registration at the office.
You can have 1 or 2 dogs in your Holiday Home, as long as behaviour guidelines are followed.
There are annual pitch fees payable (currently £3,565 inc VAT for exclusive Holiday Homes 2021/22). Other bills are dependent on usage e.g. water, electricity and gas. You will also have to insure your Holiday Home and you should consider budgeting for winterising your holiday home (protecting it against the cold when not in use) and any ongoing repairs and maintenance.
Pitch fees are reviewed annually and depend on a number of factors such as recent investment in the park and the facilities, regulatory changes & taxation and changes in the cost of living, amongst other things. Historically these increases have been between 3% and 4.5% per annum.
A new Holiday Home can remain on the park for up to 20 years from manufacture.
One car can be parked at your Holiday Home. Additional cars can be parked in a car park near the office.
Of course, but they must register with us in the office for security purposes and in case of emergencies.

Yes, of course, though you must give us three months notice and this would be subject to a disconnection fee. In this situation you are terminating your licence agreement with us.
Yes, but this is provided by the manufacturer, not the park. Ensure you know what is included in the warranty when purchasing.
You can pay in full by bank transfer or via cheque. Alternatively you can pay a deposit and finance the remaining cost of your Holiday Home.
